• Delivery times may be influenced by carrier delays, customs, or address errors.

• Once the item is shipped, the carrier is responsible for transit.

• You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address and contact information.

Returns & Refunds

• Our Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases.
• Items eligible for return must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Unless otherwise stated (e.g., faulty item), return shipping costs are your responsibility.
• Refunds will be processed following our Return & Refund Policy.

• We endeavour to describe products accurately, including images and specifications.
• Colours and textures may differ slightly due to screen settings or production variation.
