Return Eligibility
We offer returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition
- With all tags and packaging still attached
- Proof of purchase (order number)
Items that are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale
- Underwear, socks, or headwear for hygiene reasons (unless faulty)
- Damaged, worn, or washed items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different size or color, please:
Return the original item
Place a new order for the preferred item
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the issue:

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or faulty item):
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot refund items not received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method
Refunds may take 14 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider
If the item does not meet return conditions, we may refuse the refund and return the item back to you.
